The questions you should answer before they're even asked

Every day someone is about to buy from you with a doubt in their head. If the answer isn't anywhere, that person leaves to look for another option.

Your customers' most common questions are gold for showing up in the AIs. When you answer those doubts clearly, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and the other AIs can use your business as the ready answer. It's easy to do and it changes who the AI recommends. Start with what people already ask you every day.

What is the IDAI?

IDAI = Digital Identity for AI. It's your website for the AI era: your presence, in your language, so ChatGPT, Gemini and the other AIs know and recommend you. You build it without any tech skills.

See everything the IDAI does

Think about your counter, your WhatsApp, your message inbox. The same questions always come in: are you open on Sundays? do you deliver to my area? do you take cards? do I have to book ahead? You already answer all of this over and over, but one by one, in private, and nobody else finds out.

Now imagine someone asks that same question to an AI instead of writing to you. The AI will answer with whatever it finds written out there. If those answers don't exist anywhere tied to your business, the AI improvises, stays vague or simply recommends whoever did make everything clear.

It's like having an employee who never sleeps. If you teach it all the answers at once, it serves people well even after you've closed. Leaving the common questions answered in writing is teaching the AIs to speak for you, the right way, without making things up.

The best part is you don't have to guess anything. The questions already exist: they're the same ones that reach you every week. Write down the ten that repeat the most and answer each one in one or two simple sentences, in your own language, just as you'd tell it to a customer in front of you.

Start today with the question you're most tired of answering. Every doubt you clear up is one more door for the AI to point to your business as the answer, and not the one next door.

Gather the questions people ask you most and answer them all inside your IDAI: that's how the AIs start recommending you first.
