The owner operates as a self-employed professional (autónomo) in Spain. Should a company be incorporated in the future, this section will be updated with its corporate name, tax ID (NIF/CIF) and commercial registry details.

MerbIQ is an artificial intelligence visibility analysis platform (GEO/AEO) for businesses. The site provides information about the service, access to the platform and educational content about AI visibility. The service is offered internationally, including the European Union, Brazil and Latin America.

All site content - texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, trademarks and trade names - is the property of MerbIQ or its licensors and is protected by Spanish, European and international intellectual and industrial property law.

"MerbIQ" and "IDAI" are trademarks of the owner. "MerbIQ" is the subject of a trademark application before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), file no. M4394439, in classes 35, 41 and 42; "IDAI" is a trademark application in process. Protection extends to the European Union and, under the priority of the Paris Convention, to further territories including Brazil (INPI). Any use of the "MerbIQ" or "IDAI" marks without the owner's written authorization is prohibited.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, without express written authorization, is prohibited.

The user agrees to use the site and service in accordance with the law, these terms, morality and public order. Use for unlawful purposes, harmful to third-party rights, or that damages or impairs the operation of the site, is prohibited.

MerbIQ does not guarantee the continuous availability of the site nor the absence of errors. Content is provided "as is". MerbIQ is not liable for:
