Services and FAQ: answer before they ask
People ask the AIs "do you take card?", "is there parking?", "do you take bookings?". If the answer is on your IDAI, the AI answers for you. That is what Services and the FAQ are for: say what you do and clear the doubts before they ask.
Three steps to have it all answered
Start with the services, then build the FAQ with the day-to-day questions. Each block is more raw material for the AIs to cite you.
List your services
For each service: a name, a short description and the price, or "from" if it varies. That is how the AI knows what to offer when people ask about what you do.
Build a FAQ with what you hear most
Think of the questions you answer every week: do you take card, is there parking, how booking works, is there a warranty. Each one becomes a question and an answer in the FAQ.
Note the three questions you hear most on WhatsApp or at the counter. Those are your first FAQ, ready to go.
Each answer is a question the AI starts answering
By writing "yes, we take card and contactless", you hand over the ready answer. When someone asks the AI, it answers in your words, without making things up and without sending the customer away.
Where this lives in the dashboard
Services, items and FAQ are in the same place, organized by you. It is the dashboard where you build what you offer and the answers the AIs will use.
