You ask AIs for recommendations. Have you ever asked them about you?
Today you use AIs for almost everything. But stop for a second: have you ever asked what they say about your business?
Every day we ask an AI for recommendations, yet almost no owner asks why the AI is not recommending them. If someone looks for exactly what you offer and your name never shows up, that person leaves with someone else, and you never even find out. The good news: this can be worked on.
What is the IDAI?
IDAI = Digital Identity for AI. It's your website for the AI era: your presence, in your language, so ChatGPT, Gemini and the other AIs know and recommend you. You build it without any tech skills.
See everything the IDAI doesThink about the last time you did not know who to call or where to buy something. More and more, the answer is not asking a friend: it is typing it into ChatGPT, into Gemini or into your phone's assistant. And those AIs answer with the concrete names of businesses.
You were always on the side of the one who asks. You never put yourself on the other side: the side of being, or not being, the answer. That is the blind spot of almost every entrepreneur.
Right now, someone might be asking an AI for a business like yours. If the AI does not know you, it recommends someone else. It is not that you do things badly: it is that you never gave the AI anything to say about you.
And this does not depend on size or budget: it depends on your information being clear and in a place where AIs can read it and believe it.
That place, your presence organized and designed for the AI era, is what we call your IDAI: your digital identity so that ChatGPT, Gemini and the other AIs know you and recommend you. You do not need to understand anything technical yet; in the coming pills you will see, calmly, what it is and how it comes together. For now, the first step is simple: look at what AIs know about you today.
Ask yourself the question you never asked: what does the AI say about your business when you are not looking?

The question your customer asks the AI (and you never hear)
Your future customers no longer type only into a search engine: they ask an AI in plain language, the way they would ask an acquaintance. Knowing what they ask, and what the AI answers, is the first step to entering that conversation.
Either it recommends you, or it recommends your competition
Every time a customer asks an AI for a recommendation, someone wins that customer. If you did not give the AI clear information, another business takes the spot. There is no tie: either you show up, or someone else does.
Does this AI thing really work for a business like mine?
If your business is local or lives on social media and word of mouth, this touches you more closely than anyone. You do not need to know about technology or have an expensive website: only that your business is present and well explained where AIs look.
